Backup Collections of Non Steam Games
I know that before the update to Steams interface to have Collections, the file that contained all Categories was located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\110537839\7\remote\sharedconfig.vdf. Since the change to Collections, I now don't know where the file is that contains Collections that I manually set up for Non Steam Games. I want to make a back up. Can someone please tell me where this file is?

The message I got form Steam Support was:
"There are currently no options to make a backup of collections, as this information has since been moved into the chromium code.

I'll pass this feedback along to the people working on this feature. Also, you can also share any opinions, suggestions, or ideas in the official Steam Beta Discussions. Our development team is actively following these discussions."

Well it is possible, I tested backing up the entire folders located at:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam"
"C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Steam"

I then made some changes to my collections and then restored the 2 folders above. My changes were undone & my collections had reverted back to how they were before I made the changes. This would mean that there is obviously a file/s that contains the information to be backed up. It is not a fix to have to back up the entire folders as I have done, as the disk space required to make multiple backups is too high, not to mention the amount of time it takes to back up theses 2 folders.

I think it's "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<ID>\config\shortcuts.vdf"
