I then made some changes to my collections and then restored the 2 folders above. My changes were undone & my collections had reverted back to how they were before I made the changes. This would mean that there is obviously a file/s that contains the information to be backed up. It is not a fix to have to back up the entire folders as I have done, as the disk space required to make multiple backups is too high, not to mention the amount of time it takes to back up theses 2 folders.
