They are encrypted, and no one knows your password but you.
If people could "ask for their password" how quickly would these forums be FILLED to the BRIM with "my account got stolen!!" messages.
So, use your brain. Remember your password.

that you have as many ways as possible to remove it. (Steam: recovery code and backup codes)
