Wrong Resolution
Whenever I launch a game, its always zoomed in a little. I tried changing the resolution in game, but it still ended up the same. The edges still goes beyond my screen's border. Is there something wrong with my monitor or does it have something to do with my screen settings? Please help.

First off, what resolution and aspect ratio is both the monitor and the game set to?

My monitor is set to 1360 x 768 while most of my games is set to 1280 x 720. I tried matching the resolution of my games to my screen. It still doesn't work.

What graphics card are you using? Are you using a TV as a monitor? If your monitor is a TV, first see if the TV has overscan options in the menu--for example "Just Scan" (LG TVs) or "Screen Fit" (Samsung). If you are using Nvidia graphics then you can adjust display size to fit via the Nvidia Control Panel:
1. Right click on desktop and select "Nvidia Control Panel"
2. Click on "Adjust desktop size and position" under "Display"
3. Select "Size" tab
4. Under "Resize the desktop if the display setting did not provide a proper fit" check box "Enable desktop resizing"
5. Move sliders until borders fit
6. Note screen resolution and choose game resolutions (horizontal and vertical) that do not exceed those values noted
Similar procedures are likely available for AMD cards.
