"Save up to $10.00..." my ass
I just got a little over 10,000 Festivity Tokens. At the top of my store page it says "Save up to $10.00 on your next purchase." I go to buy a game and I can only use one of my coupons.
How do I add the second coupon to the purchase?

You don't, you're not supposed to have two. Only one $5 discount per account.

Save during the Winter Sale! This coupon is available for use ‘til January 2, 2020 @ 10:00:00 am PST and can only be purchased once from the Holiday Market.

Searching for the same question online, got the same answer as you did, pissed off like you are right now. Imma shove these winter coupons up Valve's asses for blatant scamming.
