Cashterminal problem

A couple days ago I tried to put money in my Steam Wallet through cashterminal but i still haven't received the money. I thought it was some kind of delay but i called the cashterminal and they told me that on their part everythink is fine and we should contact steam. What do i do now?

Hello , recently i added (7 BGN) or 7 bulgarian leva through cashterminal,but i got 3 euro in my account which is 6 BGN, this means that 1 BGN is missing,does anyone know the reason? is it because of steam or because of cashterminal?
