Any way to have steam open to my installed Library on start or open?
Is there any way via command line or script / feature that will allow steam to open automatically into my installed game library? By default it can open to my library but I just want to see the installed games as default selection.

Does anyone know a way to do this?

Steam > Settings > Interface >>> Select which window appears when the program starts

Exit Steam while you are still viewing the installed only games?

Yeah, the Steam client remembers the setting for the library.

it resets to just library. I speciaficially want it to remember each time I open steam to go right into the installed games under library.
