pre-order refunds?
can you refund a game even after you bought it from pre order long time ago?

You can refund any game for any reason, as long as you have less than 2 hours of playtime, and have owned it for no more than14 days.

If it is within two weeks of the games release and you have played less than two hours yeah but you have to make the preorder status and the release date very clear in the refund request.

fyi: early access is not a pre-order.

+ if the game was still in pre-order but there was a time where the game could be played (open beta or somthing), then this playtime will count towards your eligability for a refund.

if you have more then 2 hours playtime, then you are not able to refund a pre-order, even when the game is not officially released yet.
