I am interested in the game but I know my laptop is crap so I need advice

No it will not run playable. Your CPU is far below the minimum recommended specs, you only have 4gb of RAM and a terrible GPU which doesn't even hold a candle to old Intel HD I-GPUs.

u will run with 25-55 fps in comp so 5v5 match
DM will be like 15-22 fps
Casual little bit better then DM


baisicly dont go in servers above 11 players

You are still not going to game on that. This is a very simple netbook for browsing the internet, nothing more.

This Intel machine is basically the same in performance as the AMD one.
