Is my "Years of Service" steam badge glitched?

Hey guys, i'm not a person that usually goes into bothering with this issue, i tried to find a way to write to steam support since it's not an urgent matter but i can't find a category to classify this problem... i would like an answer if possible from someone...or if this has happened to any of you.

My Featured steam badge is "Years of Service", i have 10 Years on steam... i've seen people who have acquired a Golden Steam number in Years of Service with less than 10 years ( a friend of mine has acquired it with 7-8 ) ... But mine hasn't changed color... And further years of service "year" badge change color... So i theorize my badge is glitched because it's stuck in the default white number color with blue background.

I would like to know if my Years of Service badge is glitched because my numbers are not golden, and if it's glitched how can i fix it? or if i'm missing something out about the badge?

TL;DR i think my Years of Service badge doesn't "level up" changing font color and background.

10 years is not a golden number and has a blue background.
