Is there a way to gift games that I haven't played to someone else?

I got a whole bunch of games in Humble Bundle months ago, and activated them all. For health and also hardware reasons, I can't play most of them anymore, and therefore a lot have stayed completely unused, not even downloaded once. Is there any way I can convert them to an item in my inventory or a code or gift them to someone else? I really don't want to just remove them from my profile and let them go to waste...

Per the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Steam game subscriptions / CD keys are nontransferable and cannot be reset / moved between Steam accounts.

Once redeemed, the key is tied to that individual user account and cannot be used elsewhere as it would appear as duplicate.

As per Humble's policy, they don't allow such refunds - in the case of such, it's rare.
