Game refund request
Requested a refund for Mordau that I bought today for 25EUR, I have 1.7h playtime as it shows in my profile but it says I am not eligible for a refund. What? Help?

When did u bought it?

Contact support about it?

Refund it with a good reason, once proceeded you need to wait.
If this isn't working, mind providing a screenshot or something?

If it's a game you used a key to add it to your library, those are not refundable by Steam.

So you can't click on request refund when you visit the game from the support page?

Have you in the past abuse the refund system to get blacklisted, only to forget you where blacklisted?

Contact support if you want.
Steam support > My account > Data related to my account > scroll to the bottom click on contact support.

I can but theres a red "X" sign next to "2 hours of playtime"'

This is my second time refunding, haven't abused anything.

Just saying, the refund system is acting like this a game added by a key. I see this all the time when I add a game by keys.
