STEAM SUPPORT CONFUSING RESPONSE ON RECOVERING MY EMAIL. PLS HELP!!
So i have been locked out on my old account because i forgot the email i used on that account but i can open it using the same desktop i used then when i first created it. the thing is i have limited use on my old account like i can only use it on one desktop. anyways, i decided to use a ticket and contact steam support. and they answered and gave me something to fill up like what new email i want to use on that account and the email i remember i last used on it. then when i submit it, the support last response is they will send a mail on the email that is currently verified on that account which is the one i forgot thats why i want to change it on the first place. im confused. any suggestions?

If you don't have access to that email account, then pretty much you are sol.

Do you have any other proof of ownership of that account ?

If you can open the account as you say,
simply change the email in it.

i already tried but it would still need a code that steam would send via email or mobile and lucky me i lost both info. i also tried changing number but still need code that will be send via email.

Did you create backup codes?
Those can be used for various things.
