Borderlands 2 недоступна в моем регионе

Недавно приобрела Borderlands 2 + длс. Покупка прошла без всяких ошибок, игра присутствует в библиотеке, но при попытке установить игру, выдается ошибка, что она недоступна для моего региона. Живу и покупала игру в Украине, которая УКАЗАНА в списке стран, для которых доступна борда.
Отключала VPN и прокси, удаляла и заново переустанавливала Стим, меняла регион в настройках, но ничего не помогло. Буду благодарна за помощь в решении данной проблемы.

P.S. До этого покупала Borderlands The Pre-Sequel и тот нормально установился и прекрасно работает.

You need to find the "Borderlands 2 RU" game in your library. Not the other one. You have 2 versions of the game and only 1 can be played on your account.

I have Borderlands 2 RU in my library but it doesn't match my region when i want to install it.

I tried to change the country from those closest to me (Russia and Belarus) to China and so on. But it didn't help.
