i have a major problem...

so i was playing skyrim and it locked up, i Ctrl alt delete and reboot because thats all i could do. i get logged back in, skyrim gets stuck in a launching loop, launches then closes then attemps to launch again over and over. so i uninstall it and am reinstaling it. i decided to pause it and play terraria. nope, it says "plaese launch from steam app". so i try shadow of mordor, same problem as skyrim. try ark, same problem. i cant play any games right now. does anyone know how to fix this?
