Steam paying method

I just moved to china and changed my steam region to china. However when I tried to buy a game it says that only residence can do the transaction. Can someone help me?

You must have a valid form of payment for the country you are in. You already changed the store region. I believe there is now a cooldown in effect to prevent you from changing it again.

Nooo looks like I can't change my reigion cause When I try to change the payment method you have to be in that country

You can use Steam Wallet cards, those can be activated no matter where you are in the world.
But for any other payment method (PayPal, bank, credit card) you need one registered to the country which store you try to pay in.

Temporary Cooldowns:

If the store country has been changed in the last two weeks or a purchase was made in the previous country within the last 48 hours, you will receive a temporary cooldown on your account. The cooldown will prevent you from changing the store country for a period of time.

Note: Steam Support will be unable to assist you with changing your store region.
