Family Sharing Problem
My brother shared COD:Black Ops 3, but it's not showing in my library(it's installed, but there's no play button only shoping cart to buy game) so why i can't see that game?

Family Share in Black Ops 3 is only for the Single Player. You cant play multiplayer with Family Share. The Single Player and Multiplayer are seperated entries in your library.

Then something has gone wrong with the authentification of your account for Family Share.
Steam will always show all installed games on the pc, even if they belong to different accounts.
Can you play other games of your brother?

While they're separate entries for say, Black Ops II, they're not separate for Call of Duty: Black Ops III.

While I don't see my Black Ops III on the exclusion list on my end, have your brother go here:

Maybe it´s because Black Ops 3 Multiplayer is VAC Protected and can´t be shared through Family Sharing?

Ok, so my brother got in that link and what now? In blocked game list there is no BO3, so why im not getting that game in my library?

That's kind of the point I was driving: it's not excluded on my end, and I'm pretty sure I saw it on my brother's list before I bought the game on this account myself.

I'd say region, but you and your brother are more than likely living in the same region anyway.

Yeah and we are living in the same house, using same network.

Does anyone else share games to you?
ProfessorToylet Aug 29, 2017 @ 5:50am
Yeah, why?

By the odd chance they own Black Ops III, Steam prioritizes their license of Black Ops III's over your brother's and it doesn't get shared to you ultimately due to their region.

Could use sfs-select to temporarily disable the other libraries and see if Black Ops III then shows up. http://steamcommunity.com/groups/familysharing/discussions/0/540736965953254153

Alternatively, make a copy of the config.vdf
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\config

Exit Steam, alter the original with WordPad. Remove everything from underneath [AuthorizedDevice] except your brother's entry. Restart Steam.

I disabled one library and left only my brothers, but it's not showing.
I'm trying to do next thing.
