under W7 - any relased after 2010, that have at least 4Gb RAM i3-i5, intel HD4xxx
under W10 - after 2015 (issues hardware with W10)

To be honest, these days Windows has higher requirements than GMod, so if it can run Windows, it can run GMod as well.
