how to change the code of a steam wallet code? How long does it take for steam support to respond?

What if you give a code to someone and then you don't want them to use it, how will you deactivate it? (i'm trading with a person, and he sends me a steam wallet code that's worth $20, I haven't cashed it in because it didnt work, he is asking steam support to give him a new code, so he could send money through paypal instead)

You cant. The code either works if its legit or does not if its fake.

From a few hours to a few days. But Steam Support can not issue new Wallet codes.
If the code does not work its either fake or the Shop where he bought it did not activate the code at checkout. Both nothing to do with Steam so they wont help.
