DLC for a game showing up as not Purchased
I had a friend gift me Skyrim with all of the DLC. I played it for a while uninstalled it, and re-installed it, and now the DLC isn't showing up in my library. I checked the friend who gifted it to me and it said they hadn't even purchased the DLC. But I had the DLC, I have achievements the go along with the DLC and now I just don't have any of it. Help? Do I just have to buy it again?

You never owned the DLC, but if they're installed on your PC by someone who does own them, you can play them too. The proper course of action would be to buy them.

DLC and in-game content

A borrower will have access to the lender's games and DLC, but only if the borrower does not also own the base game. If a they already own the game, they'll need to purchase the DLC themselves in order to play it. For free to play games, DLC cannot be shared since all Steam users "own" the game.

Somewhere under the achiments? In the big DLC Box where it lists the ones you have.
