Vpn to download (clarifying)
Greetings all
So i managed to get BDO from a friend overseas (as a gift). But my dorm wifi blocked steam. Will i get banned from downloading a game i already own in my library while using vpn?

You should make sure the VPN exit pont is in the same region.

By same region you mean in the same country or else (i'm from SEA)

Man so what if you go abroad then things happened to your pc? That means you cant download your hard earned games until you return

No, it just means that you can't use a VPN.

Wrong. You just can't use a VPN to fake your location. Using Steam abroad, including on another LC, is just fine.
