what you asked was "my first pc got a virus and i have to factory reset it, will my saves be deleted? and if so, how can i save them?"
it depends on the game, really. you should look in the directories of your games. offline games may or may not have data saved locally. back that up onto a USB or something.
online games track data through steam cloud, and moving to or resetting a computer will not affect it. steam has a function to store saved data in the cloud. use that if you really need to.
If you don't want to lose any saves then you will have to use a usb stick or some other external storage medium to store your files while the pc is being reinstalled. You just have to move all the files from the "my documents" folder to the usb stick. And after your pc is done with installing simply put the files back in to "my documents".
(the "my documents" folder name is based on the OS's installed language so it might have a different name on your computer)
There is more places save games are at then my documents.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata
C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME HERE\Documents
C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME HERE\Documents\My Games
C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME HERE\Saved Games
C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME HERE\AppData\Local
C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME HERE\AppData\Roaming
Every location i listed i have saved game files in. So maybe the games you have are saved in a different location then i listed. Also sometimes the folder is named by the app number in userdata and by the maker of the game in other locations. The folder won't always have the game name it will be the dev name or the publishers name as the folder name.
This site will show you where the save game data is located at just search for the game and it will tell you where the config file is and saved game files are at.
