how do i refund a game that was gifted to me ?

hey people, i was just wandering how to refund a game that was gifted to me by a friend, my friend and i both got conan exiles and he bought it for me and sent it as a gift but now we both wanna refund it so..... any help will be extremely helpfull

As long as you didnt play the game for more than 2 hours and it was less than 14 days since purchase your friend can refund your gift.

Same way you would refund any game, though your friend will need to confirm it on their end, and the money/wallet credit will go back to them.

ok i havent even instaled it but it was last year when my friend gave it to me so will it not be able to refund?

Well about 2 months too late since Conan Exiles wasn't released until the 31st January this year, any purchases before that would have been prepurchases which are refundable 2 weeks from the release date. Still way out of the refund interval but not as far as the OP appears to think.
