How to refund item

I bought a item for Unturned but i dont know to refund can someone pls help me?

Steam will offer refund for in-game purchases within any Valve-developed games within forty-eight hours of purchase, so long as the in-game item has not been consumed, modified or transferred. Third-party developers will have the option to enable refunds for in-game items on these terms. Steam will tell you at the time of purchase if the game developer has opted to offer refunds on the in-game item you are buying. Otherwise, in-game purchases in non-Valve games are not refundable through Steam.

Also if you bought it on the Steam community market then you are out of luck. Market purchases cant be refunded at all.

As for Steam Refunds, that is only for some items from Steam Store.

*Any Buy/Sell that occurs on Steam Community Market, are final once transferred.

I have the same problem, but i bought it in game in the stockpile in the inventory, i bought the cyborg implant but looks absolutly horrible, i want a refund, and the game said when i bought it - you have 48 hours until you wont be able to get a refund, im still in the 48 hour area, but cant figure out how to refund it.
