[NEED HELP] I have a big problem on the workshop

Hi everyone, well my problem is simple :
I wanted to upload some pretty good skins for the game Rust on the workshop, they asked me for my bank details and some other information but when i click on the button to validate the information I have given it says there is a problem with my information or that my information is incorrect. It's about my Last name, I think when i created my account ( a long time ago ) I didn't put my real last name. So is it possible to change my last name on my profil or somewhere else ? If not, can steam support do something for about my problem ?
