How to remove restrictions on a Gift Account?

recently my friend purchased me a csgo as gift but now i want to remove restrictions. what is the process?

You can't purchase or sell accounts, it is against SSA terms.

i mean purchasing the game as a gift for my friend. as it is more than 5$... would it remove the restrictions?

If you spend this much in the store, yes, it will unlimit your account.

Yes, if you are the one buying the game, it does count. It does not matter who owns the game.
