where is gm or support i need help????

i need a gm or support?
im sorry if this is wrong place to ask for help im new at forums and always had a number to call or at least a email to message but its not made readily available


ive had tf2 for a very long time only played a few hours so i decided to give another try but game client wont start i click on the icon and it updates then disipears and nothing happens my computer is a gaming computer and can most def. handle it i ran it on less and also ive try all the things the support help told me to try its not working can someone help me???????

as i can see there is no phone number to call and no direct email pretty crappy service but im still willing to try just need help


just fyi steam i know there is a number to call you just don't like to give it out till its 100% needs to go that route would increase my rating of your service tenfold if you'd give it to me or display it for everyone to use for issues about your products

You say Steam client's window does not render? Have you tried clicking the icon in system tray, assuming you are in Windows? Have you verified if the client is even running?

when i chose to contact support it makes me click launch steam client but thats what isnt working and ive tried 4 times re downloading it

every time i click to run it it says updating and extracting package then after a few mins it gose away and nothing happens

Then contact them from the support page.

Try making a clean uninstall, then try to install it and let it update again.

yeah that dont work i get to the part to contact them and it makes me launch the client witch dosent work? this is y they need a email or phone

ill try re downloading it once more and then gotta go to work if i dont take this down its because problem still here and would really like someone to help me to get to a real steam employee by phone or email or even some how message me through steams site to my profile ide put my phone number here for them to call but im sure its against the rules here

im in a web browser it wont work im so confused

all i get when i download the game is one steam icon and when i click it it shows a green box saying

steam updating

updating steam...


with a loading bar that never loads

What doesn't work? you're not specifing the problem.

Also they cannot provide a support phone line since they have 300ish employees in TOTAL to cover the 100,000,000+ users that they have.

i thought i got a tf2 icon with a steam icon last time i played this but i could be wrong?

this is best way i can describe it

i put disk in
i download it
i click steam

all i get is a green box saying updating with a loading bar that never loads and then it disrepair then nothing i click steam icon again and it just repeats the green box
