How to change defaults for Screenshot Manager in new UI?

I've been posting pictures with the UI, and a couple things have annoyed me so far:

• Manager shows EVERY picture I posted on Steam, even if they're a decade old or have been removed from my computer; this causes some lag as it populates the list each time I open the Manager
• Manager shifts uploaded pictures in a play batch to the top of the list, which takes a good 10-15 seconds each time, causing the client to hang, and can make it difficult to keep track of where I was when posting pictures
• Manager defaults picture Visibility to "Private" all the time, whilst with a friend of mine says theirs defaults to Public, suggesting it can be changed

Is there any way to change how Screenshot Manager handles these? Its usability has taken a hit with this new public patch thanks to these changes.

i blame the morons who had the new ui in the beta for not mentioning these changes

New ui isnt actually that bad, it was in beta for a reason, if people gave feedback saying it was trash then it wouldnt have been released, that said the screenshot uploader has been completely ruined and yes the morons in the beta likely dont use or care about screenshots (they likely have 5k hours on csgo anyways) so never mentioned that its been ruined

It is that bad though. Betas don't mean squat nowadays.
