Does a Global Steam Key work for the US?
Sorry for the noob question but Shadow of Mordor Premium edition is only $19 @♥♥♥. I know before I heard something like Valve made it so you can't recieve certain codes from other countries and all. Don't know how it'd apply to a global key! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Also next to the buyer's name was an American flag, I assume that means he's an American seller. I've never really used G2A to buy Steam games.

Yes you can activate that game in the US.

I think if it's GLOBAL you can activate it anywhere
