Steam Profile Item Showcase glitch - Steam window wont open

[Gaming Sutra]

Basically When I Start adding items in the profile showcase, Steam window doesnt open properly the second time(Can only see half part of the window screen)have to manually close the window tab and then click profile showcase item box again. Has anyone faced this problem?
This has been issue for many years and cant find fix this simple issue.
