Need help with an EA Play issue.
Tried to sign up for the one month subscription period for EA Play. Tried to use my regular payment method and it declined it. So then, I added $5 USD to my wallet and tried that. Steam drained the $5 out of my wallet, then told me the payment was declined because the payment method couldn't be confirmed. So my money is gone but I'm not subscribed to EA Play. Every page with details about getting a refund for my money on Steam Support leads to an error page, including the form to request a refund, but the rest of it works fine. My bank shows the transaction as pending, as if the payment went through on Steam's end, but I can't cancel it. Steam shows no record of the payment in my purchase history. If that's the case, then why did my wallet become empty? I sent a help request to Steam Support (not a refund request since that's conspicuously broken) hours and hours ago and have received no reply or acknowledgement whatsoever. Every attempt to recover my money has been curiously stonewalled. Is there anything I can do to get a refund?
