upload it to YouTube -> open the video -> copy and paste url to your post you want to add the video to like this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AJVSZEX6d9M

It's actually explained in the formatting help too.

Paste a plain YouTube URL to automatically generate a widget.
