Steam Store Not Loading

After researching some, I just uninstalled steam after trying clearing the cache, which was not working. Now, I cannot find a good link to download the .exe file and do a fresh install. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You know you didnt have to uninstall it, just delete everything in the Steam folder
Except the steam.exe Steamapps and Userdata, then click on the Steam.exe and it will reinstall

While this post was waiting approval, I downloaded the .exe file from a google cache search and did a fresh install. Store won't load.

Also, store.steampowered.com refused to connect on my browser. I even turned off my antivirus software. (too bad we can't post screenshots)
