What's the lowest Steam-to-Key review counts ratio you can find?
What's the Steam-to-Key review counts ratio? Well, in the new review system, Steam divides its reviews into Steam purchasers' reviews and key activation reviews.

You can see how many reviews are in each category, if you scroll down to the bottom of a game's store page, where the reviews are.

For example, this game:
http://store.steampowered.com/app/332610/
has 82 Steam purchaser reviews and 5 key activation reviews.

So its ratio is 82 : 5, or if you divide 82 by 5, you get a ratio of 16.4 : 1 (or just 16.4 if you're lazy). That means for every one review from a key activation, there were 16.4 reviews from Steam purchases.

What's the LOWEST Steam-to-Key review count ratio you can find?

Upon thinking of games off the top of my head, here's the lowest I've found:
http://store.steampowered.com/app/291130/
At 486 : 82, it comes out to be approximately 5.9 : 1.

Can you find something with a lower ratio?

By the way, if you find something with zero key activation reviews, such as this one, which is 30 : 0 ...
http://store.steampowered.com/app/368140
...then don't bother dividing by zero -- the ratio is essentially infinitely high, for the purpose of this calculation. Just means that it's never been sold off of Steam in a way that grants Steam keys, at all. (It might still be sold outside of Steam -- this game, for example, is sold on DLSite, I think -- but they most likely don't generate Steam keys.)

My brain does better with percentages, so I'll instead give Planar Conquest a 99/209 = 47% key giveaway review rate.

Anyway, hopped over to digital homicides, here's one recently greenlit by a giveaway group with 71/104 = 68% key giveaway rate:
http://store.steampowered.com/app/504400

edit: Oh, wait, here's a better one: http://store.steampowered.com/app/504490
83 key activations/87 total reviews = 95% giveaway rate.

Some people care about the corrupt business practices of greenlight boosters/giveaway groups, and their detrimental effects on the steam community.

Now that is a good example of why we need this.

Both the positive reviewers (in english) are clearly paid reviews, down to having the same games on their positive review list but being mostly negative review games. Including both titles by the same dev as that one.

Do keep in mind that Key Activation reviews ARE NOT NECESSARILY scams.

Some people buy keys from places other than Steam so its a mistake to assume that all keys that are not Steam purchases are actually keys that the developer gave away to try to get reviews for their game. I have bought Steam keys in sales or bundles from Amazon, GamersGate, Humble Bundle, GreenManGaming, WinGameStore, Bundle Stars, indie Gala, and Groupees and a few more probably in addition to buying hundreds of Steam keys from Steam itself.

I get a lot of games from bundlestars myself. Not all of these are scams
