Player count and stats for Steam games

Anyone know how to view the player count and stats for the games on Steam? I have seen graphs showing player count and how many people are currently playing and stuff and I don't know how to pull it up on Steam.

You can see the numbers for any game through Steams API, as used by Steam charts. The link above will only show top 100.

A quick and easy way is to go to a game in your library, then click on Community Hub. It will show you how many players are in game at the top as long as the number is over a few hundred.
