LOST ARK In-Game purchase, no Steam Points?

I have bought Lost Ark, in-game crystals for 20 Euros, but no steam points in my store account. This is not included?

Overview
How do I get Steam Points?
Whenever you make a purchase on Steam, you'll be given Steam Points based on how much you spend. First, we convert this amount to USD, which then converts directly to the number of points you receive.
You will not receive any points for funding your Steam Wallet or for any Steam Community Market purchases.
You can also get Steam Points if someone from the community grants an award to one of your user reviews or other uploaded content such as screenshots, videos, guides, or Workshop items.

I bought an in-game item... idk how this works.

Read the highlighted bit. You bought items using the Lost Ark store.

Nothing in the game Lost Ark grants Steam points.

It should only give steam points if it brings up the steam store purchase overlay.
If it doesn't, then it's an external purchase that isn't going through steam, thus no points.

Lost Ark does not use the Steam Inventory Service. No Steam inventory for anything from that game. It is all inside the game itself.
This is regardless of the store purchase overlay that uses the Microtransactions (In-Game Purchases) using the Steam wallet.
