Perhaps that might help.. perhaps not.
Might be necessary to dig in the minidump to find the exact reason for the crashes.
I'm running Windows 10 Pro, OS version 2H12.

is not a steam issue and steam can't cause bsod issues...
I wouldn't get those if I were you. The latest Game Ready drivers for my card, crashed my PC.
I'm so glad i still use Win 7 with disabled windows update :). I don't know why MS wants users to have mandatory win updates especially when i hear people groaning about anytime a new updates comes.
Hackers, malware, other malevolent stuff...
Not having those updates opens you up to a whole lot of security threats.
That's why I always update to the latest and get early access to new feature previews whenever one comes out. So that I'm protected no matter what.
If you have dump, then in the event viewer it will show you when the dump occurred as well as what is the faulting module/dll is. That's your best place to start.
Again, I solved the problem - it was a graphics driver causing the crash.
