A question about the Appmanifest file

Hello,

I just want to know if the Appmanifest file contains any personal information about my account? I've seen many people on the internet asking for the Appmanifest file, because they have a problem with theirs. That's why i'm asking.

Its a small data file about each game we own game it shows Steam that game is installed. if you move it out of the SteamApps folder that game will nolonger look installed to Steam.
