Unable to get Marvel Avengers to complete download/installation

I pre-purchased this game three days ago and downloaded it. This evening when I logged into to play it...it said it was "unpacking". It seemed to be stuck at about 35%. My drive has plenty of space and I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, changing data centers, clearing downloading cache and rebuilding the library. It has got to 94% three different times and stopped. I am pretty tired of dealing with this and am about to just request a refund. Before I do that, does anyone have any last moment suggestions on how to resolve this? I have never encountered this type of issue before. It is unbelievably frustrating.
