Support gave you their response. No one here can change that.

They asked for the the 1 thing that is the oldest on the account and you could not provide it.

And yes, a 15 year old cd-key is the most important thing as it was the first transaction you made with the account. Nothing it older than that and only the original account owner would have that.

And it is actually a permanent ban.

Well, that's unfortunate.

The kind of proof you need to provide pretty much depends on the individual account, every account is different.

The only thing you can do is to somehow get hold of that one key they are asking for.

Usually means that the account is being contested by another person and they have everything but the first key.

They are pretty strict with old accounts because a lot of them are obtained and sold by scammers. If Support see any suspicious trends such as dramatic location changes; they would want to determine that the original account owner is the one claming ownership so going deep into the accounts history with old activations or bank details is a good way. A PayPal transaction from two years ago is not going to suffice in the slightest.

How long ago did you buy the account?

Then you should have 13 years worth of payment data from both alleged countries that the account has been used in and not just two years worth of PayPal transactions.

Can I ask how old you were when you 'created' your Steam account? I'm would appear you must have been between 6 to 10 years old...

no i was 16 when i created this account. and no there is no payment history anymore because i stopped playing computer games for a while. in these years steam was a very small platform most of the gamer never know steam because it was only installed from counter strike player who wants to play esl or have an easier life to chat with friends and gamenetwork at once. you remember ICQ mr. jamesox2d?
