Do family sharing on there account follow the instructions below or just youtube it
To do this log into your steam account on there pc and go to settings family and check mark authorize libary sharing on this computer, make sure you checkmark the profiles below after that and then log out and make them log back into theres.
Do know only one of them can play the games at one time
Example if person A is playing a game person B cant and if your playing a game on your account none of them can play you get priority first.

Sorry one thing I forgot to say you both can play the same game at the same time just not together online at the same time
The account holder like the orgional guy who is family sharing can access his games anytime as I said and if he is playing a game the others cant
BUT!!!!
If the account holder sets his account to offline mode and plays his game offline then 1 other person cam play a one of the shared games at the same time
The shared account people need to have internet to acesess your games also and the game of course have to be already download forst to play them offline.
