Should you? Most likely not
The engine is not really supported anymore as much as I remember, meaning its better to use a different engine
I think I can dig out the place Valve talks about it, and the place someone ask about using it, and they recommended them not to do so

That's not problem. I have complete demo of my game, but I did not know if I had to pay for Source SDK license when I made this game for free
