is there a shooter game that is even more realistic than arma and squad?

Here couple of games I could think of top off my head.

- Insurgency
- Insurgency sandstorm
- Squad
- Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad with Rising Storm
- Post Scriptum
- Escape from Tarkov
- Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis

There's a new World War 3 game coming out that's meant to be super realistic. There really isn't much options, since Arma 3 is pretty much the most realistic you can get.

1. None of those games are more realistic than Arma (and i'm talking about Arma 3)
2. He's asking for a game more realistic than Squad, so why did you mention Squad?

I recommend reading reviews and watching review videos on YouTube if you consider buying it. The reviews are mixed, but the recent 1,000 are mostly positive.

looks like a very fun game with great graphics and the gameplay looks good, it does have the realistic vibe to it but i think arma looks more realistic (my opinion as this game could still be more realistic i just have'nt played it yet, i probably will at some point though)

Wasn't sure which Amra OP was refering to, or how much better they need to be, equivalent, or even close to them I assume OP wanted more games to play, other than Arma. Forgot he listed Squad was thinking of some games top of my head that I know that tried to be realistic.

I don't believe anything will top Arma 3 ATM, as they been well known for this, as well one time used for actual military use of training simulator for previous older game, which kind of tell how much work they really put into it over the years with new game release, and DLC's, unless you want to tone down how realistic you want it to be for the next game you want to play, there lots of those, from the list above, again, they're all pretty decent/good, and fun games.

arma 3 is my favourite shooter at the moment, mainly due to its realism and stunning graphics and also the steam workshop

Yea, modding been a huge thing for Arma games, and when Arma 2 came out the modding community blew up, always a bunch of mods coming out, and one of the big project people got hype was the zombie mod DayZ, which was alost ported on Arma 3, and Steamwork shop was a big request when Arma 3 came.
