It's not a bug - although it does bug us :3

Full voice acting for Acts 6-7-8 will be there for full release! Soon you'll be able to hear the Tidemancer's giddy old tune.

I knew i should progress the story at a slower pace but i just couldn't hold myself, it is well written and the lore in general is very cool!
I guess i'll take a break for now untill you guys will add the rest of the content.
Keep up the good work you guys, this game is a real gem and was a hell of a fun to play in the past 25+ hours.
