[Spoiler] Seriously who is this "GrandMaster of Ouroboros" guy???
Throughout all the Legend of heroes series there isn't a piece of information leaked about this guy. I try to go to kiseki fandom wiki but there are only a few lines about him. Just think about he is the guy behind every events happen in all 10+ games in the series, plans/foresees everything for 1000 yeas. Every characters you know from the series just are his chess pieces no matter how strong they are (King, Queen, S-rank bracers, protagonists, villians,...). Whole Zemuria continent is his chessboard.
I mean it's just insane. Who is this guy??? God? Jesus? Aidios' son? Hope they reveal him in TocS4

I will put my reply in spoil tag although its something very minor anyways(it doesnt directly affect TOCS4 ) : The grandmaster only appears in a small scene at the end of TocS4 which shows an Ouroboros meeting. The Grandmaster is a she, and she announces the start of the third and final phase of the Orpheus Final Plan, the Eternal Regression Plan. This will probably be what we will deal with in Calvard at the next Arc.

According to Trails in the Sky the 3rd, the GM is a woman (has a female voice in the evolution versions).
The GM may have arrived in Zemuria around 20 years prior to CS3 (16 years prior to FC, around 1186ish), as that is when Ourobors was founded. Campanella, the GM's right hand man, is implied to be really old, and may possibly come from wherever the GM did (in SC, Joshua comments on how Campanella hasn't aged a day since he last saw him).
Loewe was the second Enforcer (not counting Campanella, as I think he came from wherever the GM did and was with her before she started Ouroboros) and he was recruited some time in between 1192 and 1197 (either by Weissman (SC) or Campanella (Loewe Monogatari), which are described as Sharon as being "the early days of the organization". Vita, the second Anguis, joined Ouroboros in 1197 (when she was 17 years old). This would imply that Weissman wasn't recruited until 1197 (the same year Weissman sent Joshua to assassinate Cassius), which would imply that the GM didn't really begin gathering up the current lineup we think of as "Ouroboros" until around the mid to late 1190's (unless the numbering of the Anguis isn't indicative of the order in which they joined/ Prior to 1197, it may very well have been just the GM, Campanella, McBurn, and the First Anguis).
Weissman and Campanella are the only characters known to have personally known the GM.
Ouroboros does not think that the GM is Aidios (Loewe prays to the Goddess for help when fighting Weissman. IIRC Arianrhod also talks about the Goddess in a way that wouldn't make sense if Arianrhod knew that the GM was Aidios).
At the end of SC, Weissman thought that perhaps the GM was "testing" him.
The GM does not seem to be actively involved in Ouroboros. It sounds like she gathered up the Anguis, told them their overall objectives, and then just left them to figure out how to accomplish them. The Anguis apparently debate over how to progress the plan without guidance from the GM.
Ao spoilers Whatever plans the GM has, it does not seam to involve collecting all of the Sept-Terions (otherwise Ouroboros would've had made an attempt to grab the Sept-Terion of Zero). Time travel and reality warping seems to be useless to the GM's goal, as, again, they knew about and didn't care for the Sept-Terion of Zero, which was basically Mirage + Space + Time all in one. This implies that time travel and reality warping would have been useless for what they are trying to accomplish. They're currently trying to get the Sept-Terion of Steel, but it's unclear whether or not they want it as the Steel, or broken up into FIre and Earth, and which of the two they are after.
In the Infernal Castle during the finale of CS2, Vita declares that Ouroboros' goal is "to save the souls of all". Perhaps there is some sort of imminent disaster encroaching upon the world of Zemuria (that not even reality warping powers would be able to stop). Or, the GM's plan is Human Instrumentality: suffering is caused by people being different, so combine all souls into a single entity so there will be no differences. Or, the GM could be of the same thinking as Madara: human suffering is the result of people having conflicting desires, so give everybody an artificial world where all of their desires are satisfied. Ofcourse, the theme of the Trails series is the power of community, the power of the bonds between people, so in the end the GM's plan will be overthrown by the power of humanity and all that jazz.

Falcom makes things up as they go, so there's no point in discussing things like this, there's no logic in their world building.

Grandmaster's goals seem too vague other than he/she wants to do something related to the Sept Terrion. I at least sorta understood what he/she was after in Sky, but then Trails to Azure comes and subverts your expectations on Ouroboros' goals, since we learn there is something that actually allows the grandmaster to bend reality to Ouroboros' whims with relative ease, but then he/she is the least interested in using it. So then what the actual heck does Ouroboros want? Cold Steel games just make things even more confusing. I still have little idea what the Infernal Castle was about, and if it's even related to the whole Twilight curse stuff in Cold Steel 3. Like some insanely 4D chess thing is going on.

With how hyped they are over so many games it would be really disappointing if their master plan ends up being destroy the world, reset the world or take over the world.
Because that is literally 80s demon lord plans.

I'm 70% sure that the only character has such a power and influence is Aidos himself/herself

Lol, this topic again.

The grandmaster is possibly Dorothy in Sky and Beryl in Cold Steel, as wildly hypothesized in another thread. That's assuming that the grandmaster is female and has made appearances as a named character.

For Crossbell, I've never been able to think of a good candidate. I wonder if maybe since CS 1-2 and Crossbell sort of happen concurrently, she spent most of the her time in Erebonia, so we don't see her a lot in Crossbell.

Ooh, I heard about Dorothy but never Beryl. Nice. How about Imelda in Crossbell?
