fix hud
is there away to fix the hud as its all squashed into the middle instead of being on the side.

does any one know a fix?

Actually, this looks better than the normal HUD which is so wide, I can barely see anything. I have to bring my eyes to their limits to read from it.

you not seeing where every thing is cut off and put on different sides?

I see what you mean but the placement of the HUD itself looks much better.

it does look like a good position but needs to be extended so it fits the hud how its meant to be and i have also noticed the guns are not straight in terms of not pointing where you are pointing.

^^That is the issue with the game, it's been dead a long time now and not even modders bothered with it to fix anything.

yeah i'm not buying any more unless its from some where like cdkeys or g2a as of right now every other day they are marking my issue as solved when it clearly is not

I have contacted the support too.
They couldn't help with this issue, but they need more social uproar about this.

I really tried, but....we just need more people, or a popular youtuber who brings this issue to gearboxes attention.
It's a shame...but what can we do?

Super, works great. Can I post your mod here in the guides (with credit of course), or could you do it yourself so that we here in the Communityhub have as many improvements, tweaks and mods compactly together and can provide all the information for a better gaming experience.

Your fix don't work for me ((( When i launched the game nothing happened. When i rolled back the upk file game started correctly

The Nexus HUD fix isn't really a fix. I find it inferior to the stock interface.

The mod does make the interface smaller, but you lose you BAMF indicator, Interaction Bar, Conditional display and shield mod display. It also removes your echo and mission info. The mini-map is also left out. There is a way to bring the mini-map back, but it is squashed so far out of scale that it isn't easily interpretable and functions poorly as radar because the scaling causes the enemies position to appear closer or further than they actually are.

The only real problem with the stock interface is that the BAMF icn is split off of the UI pane. I wish I could fix that.... even if I could just remove the portion of the icon that is off the plane... but I can't sacrifice the icon because I need to know when my BAMF time is ready to go when fighting UVHM raid bosses....

I tried the UPK explorer but the image that is split is embedded in a swf which is embedded into another swf inside of the main UI swf.... and I can't find all of the images associated with the various stages of filling / emptying / activating / cancelling the BAMF meter so even if I could change the icon to a simple vertical bar it still changes back to the original under numerous circumstances.

It sucks that it is so complicated. I wish I could just pull the swf fr the bamf indicator and just swap out the graphics.... but that's not how it works. lol

i know a fix just for hud, but crosshair is not in correct position. Maybe because of higher resolution headsets nowadays.

You can easily fix the HUD by yourself. You just need to change a few values in the startup.upk file using UPK Explorer. On the Nexus Mods page, you can find the values that were changed by the author of the mod. Just follow those instructions.

This should be enough to fix the ammo, life, and shield. Now I'm working on a BAMF fix and a fix for the special skill
