Is Sirius alive in Harry Potter ? Ancient magic doorways

Thats on Movies. He did get hit by killing Curse. Sirius is Dead.

Not in the book he is not. he just goes in the door and they assume he's dead.

Before he goes in the door he was already dead because killing curse hit him and killed him.

The book and the films diverged.

In the book he is not hit with the killing curse. I believe in the movie he is.

In the book, the curse that hits Sirius is not identified (although it is rumoured to be Stupefy because of the red light), and him being knocked through the Veil is what causes his death.

When I read the book first before the movies I believed his death was from the gateway not the curse. This left a sense of mystery about what happens to Sirius as if maybe he may show up in the future. Or in our case the past.

When Harry finally gets the Resurrection Stone he talks to the ghost of Sirus black and his parents before he went to Voldermort. So yes, Sirius is dead

what was the point of the Resurrection stone exactly? Its been a long time but I do remember that voldermort did inadvertanly become an horcrux of harrys in like the 4th year so he should already be invincible

Not in the books. It is likely stupify. The spell knocks him into the veil which is a one way trip to pass into death. That was the movie with the killing curse. In the book it explains more. In the movie they had to simplify so they just killed him.

Resurrection Stone did actually resurrected people. But not in the same way like how deathly Hallow's wife didnt feel like alive and how she felt different and bad. She wanted to die. So its more like inferi level resurrection. But with mind and all just with same sort of affected body.

Also the door behind him had nothing to do with ancient magic. Hogwarts was built with ancient magic that was the cannon. But ministry never had a hand on Ancient magic. There was no Merlin to teach ancient magic to ministry.

Please read the books... Door wasnt even anything close to being ancient magic it was literally penseive. When judges doubted they were checking penseive for memories... (they were even calling it door of memories). It was just a usual Penseieve Sirius is dead af.
