Failed to Contact Key Server

Today, Star trek simply dont work!
I clik play and recive this "Failed to Contact Key Server" i have tryed every single thing of the steam suport. What can i do? (sorry bad english)

I have now a new computer and it works. But if I remember, I installed everything again. Deleted all the files, app data, temp, etc. And reinstalled everything.

Are you using a Mac? Just curious, because I am, and I erassed my whole hard-drive and re-installed everything and still can't get in. Then I checked out the Arc forum and many are having the same issue of not being able to log-on.
