The Endeavor II lost a valued member of its crew recently.

Fabrication Engineer Brian Sisko Anderson was on what would seem to have been a routine mission, assisting a Geologist analyze unknown alloys.

Trace remains of a starship or starbase had been found in the Beta Ursae Sector Block and a team was dispatched to analyze the alloy.

The Geologist, Royce Benton Lusk, reported that due to a mishap with some surveying equipment, Ensign Anderson was fatally injured.

We will remember him for the contributions he had made to both the Endeavor II and to Starfleet.

The U.S.S. Serenity lost a valued member of its crew recently.

Trader Monroe Michale Siegers was assisting in a mission Resolving Dilithium Mining Rights in the Sol System when things went bad, resulting in a violent confrontation among the parties involved.

Projectile Weapons Officer Valik, who was injured in the altercation, reported that Siegers heroicly sacrificed himself to save some bystanders in the area.

Also lost in the mission was an Emergency Security Hologram that was sent with Valik and Siegers to give support.

We will remember Monroe Siegers for the contributions he had made to both the Serenity and to Starfleet.

The R.R.W Gon's Wrath is today mourning Phkak, a long serving Daise (white) Development Lab Scientist who was lost whilst utilising the sensor array to Scan for Trace Biological Samples. Specialist Mai Lu Wuyang, Phkak's superior in the Development Lab was also injured in the accident and had this to say: "It was horrible, just horrible. There we were, tapping a couple of buttons on the console, when Phkak tapped the screen too hard, and sprained his finger. Of course, we had to amputate on the spot, or he may have suffered, I took two classes in first aid at the Academy, but unfortunately he did not survive the procedure".

Security Officers are not ruling out foul play, as several bottles of Romulan Ale were subsequently located in Phkak's quarters.
