Game crashes on startup

zero error. just doesn't start up. I have latest drivers and I verified integrity, thought still nothing.

hm, maybe try reinstall
Maybe an antivirus or so blocks it?

my antivirus gives even clear warning after I go some site from the settings:
It says that "SYNTHETIK Arena.exe" has IDP.ALEXA.51
Game worked fine untill that
(edit:) Now i remember it was the Roadmap page that caused that to happen

Sorry to say that this is still on ongoing issue for some people. The game *used* to run perfectly fine, but now, it doesn't run at all. Drivers up to date, antivirus disabled, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, no difference. It starts running and then immediately stops before the game window can even load up. Bummer :(

It didn't start for me, I ended the task, restarted it and it worked

Wel,me and a friend of min e both tried Arena version. It crashed as soon as the name of the game was green (playing). Re-installed the game... Nope, still crashes. Validated the game... Nope, 100% in order. Tried the normal game... Nope, same crash. Started in compatibility mode with Windows 8. Still getting the crash.

It just closes itself on startup. Really weird.
My friend and me both have very different systems. Spec and software wise. So to both have the same problem is confusing.

Hi there, if you have any overlay programs running (such as RivaTuner,MSI afterburner overlay, etc) the game doesn't launch. To fix it, just close the program or add the game executable to the exceptions list. I did that and the game boots just fine.

I had disabled the overlay of Discord (Other games stopped crashing). Then disabled Steam overlay (game still crashed). After which I found out RivaTuner software was running.
So your post fixed my game crashing as well.
