How to report technical issues or bugs?
Have a technical issue or ran into a bug while playing? Report the problem in the "Technical issues and bug reporting" sub forum with the most details as possible. The more detailed, the better chances of us finding and fixing the problem.

Here's a template:

The problem:
  • Explain the problem with the most details as possible.
  • What are the steps to reproduce the bugs?
  • What is the reproduction rate?
  • Have you had similar issues with other games?
  • Have you tried changing the graphic settings?
  • Do you have vsync turn on or off?

  • Version on the game:
  • OS:
  • Processor:
  • Graphic card:
  • Memory
  • DirectX:
  • Sound card if applicable:
  • Controller model:
  • Any additional info that could be helpful: Mouse, keyboard, antivirus, etc
